Symptom
You want to transfer a domain into your existing Bitpalace webhosting. There you have already set up the domain with the "Add Domain" button, but could not enter an auth code to transfer the domain from the previous provider.
Cause
With the "Add Domain" button, you only tell the web server to respond to requests for the domain. You do not order a domain, nor can you transfer a domain from another provider.
Solution
To transfer a domain from another provider and to enter the auth code, please order only the domain without webspace via the usual order form. No special instructions are necessary that you are already a customer. The domain is automatically assigned to your existing customer account.
